1990: Joined parents’ company, Weissenboeck Baustoffwerk Neunkirchen, a manufacturer of paving stones, slabs and kerbstones in Neunkirchen, Austria
1990: Development of paving productions and paving stones
1991: Support for paving investors, planners, contractors and dealers
1992: Assistant to the sales management
1995: Sales management
1998: Project management for the dissemination of the paving construction method in Austria (quality assurance and quality development in application technology, construction method management)
1999: Supervision and support of large-scale paving construction sites
2008: Generalmanager in Austria
2009: Generalmanager (in addition to Austria) of companies in Slovakia and Hungary
2015: Sale of the company at own request
2019: Resignation as generalmanager at own request, authorized signatory for technology, large building site sales and application technology.
2022: Start of self-employed activity as an expert witness constructions witness for hydroactive paving surfaces and for paving constructions.

1990: Marshall Mono Ltd, England and Scotland: working for the English market leader in various areas of paving slab production and setting up a paving master school, expanding of written and spoken English language skills
1992: Beton Braun company, Germany: Sales internship in a highly developed paving market
1993: Baumit company, Hungary: market study at a paving mortar manufacturer regarding the Hungarian paving market, building up my basic knowledge of spoken and written Hungarian
Since 2000: Member of working committees on relevant paving and slab standards and guidelines (ÖN B 2214 “Paving work, work contract standard”, RVS 08.18.01 “Technical contract conditions for paving stone and paving slab surfaces, edging”, RVS 03.08. 63 “Road planning, construction details, superstructure measurement”, FQP guideline “Traffic areas with large format slabs in municipal and commercial areas in the unbound construction method”, FQP guideline “Care and maintenance of paved surfaces”, VÖB guideline “Technical information on the supply of concrete blocks and slabs”)
Since 2014: Technical project support of scientific cooperation partners (Universities like TU Vienna, BOKU Vienna) in research projects on the dimensioning of unbound and bound paving and slab surfaces, contact person for coordination with funding agencies (FFG, Eurostars, Heureka) as well as commercial and industrial cooperation partners (financing of new technical or economic benefits of paving surfaces), co-design of the publication of project results
2016 – 2022: technical board member of the Forum Qualitaetspflaster (FQP)
2017 – 2021: Product group chairman at the Association of Austrian Concrete and Precast Plants (VOEB) for paving,
